This painting traveled to all corners of France for several exhibitions before returning to the studio a few weeks ago. What isn’t often mentioned is that during its many journeys, it endured some adventures: falls, precarious transport, often without protection. Upon its return, it needed to heal its wounds. After retouching and color adjustments, it now shines in all its splendor. Every work of art has its time.
